Our car wash is designed to leave you with a clean, shiny and dry vehicle with no damage. However, we cannot be responsible for the following items:

  • Antennas (Customers should remove before tendering the vehicle)

  • Side Mirrors

  • Rear Hitch/Spare Tire

  • Windshield Wipers (Customer should ensure they are turned off before tendering the vehicle)

  • Pre-Existing damage to any exterior part/surface whether known or unknown

  • Non-Factory or dealer installed equipment

  • Moldings, chrome, decals and pinstriping

  • Bug shields and guards

  • Convertible soft tops

  • Damaged or oxidized paint or clear coat

  • Anything on vehicles 3 years or older


Can any vehicle go through your wash?

No, vehicles with the following conditions can not be washed:

  • Vehicles with excessive mud

  • Vehicles taller than 7  feet

  • Trucks with dual wheels

  • Truck beds with any debris

  • Tires wider than 12 inches

  • Vehicles with less than 4 inches of ground clearance

  • Vehicles with excessive body damage or loose parts

  • Vehicles with trailers

  • Vehicles longer than 21 feet


Is it safe to manually fold power side mirrors?

Yes, temporarily manually folding the missors by hand does not hurt them.  The mirrors are designed to fold manually if they are ever hit thereby minimising structural damage to mirror housing or door frame.


Do I need an appointment for a detail?

No, our details are done on a first come first serve basis.  You can however let us know when you are coming in by clicking on the "Get on the list" link below.  Any prices quoted over the phone are subject to change once our detail technician has inspected the vehicle.
